When you opt in to the LUCA text messaging program, you agree to these terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to opt in to the LUCA text messaging program. This program is not intended for, and we do not knowingly enroll, anyone under 18 years of age.

Program description

LUCA AI, LLC ("LUCA") sends recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide when you check a text-message consent box on our signup form. There are two separate, optional opt-ins: a marketing opt-in (special offers, discounts, and service updates) and a non-marketing opt-in (free-trial and renewal reminders, and account and billing notifications). You may opt in to either, both, or neither.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from LUCA. LUCA does not charge a fee for the text messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation message, after which you will not receive any further texts. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at luca.ai/privacy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
