Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LUCA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using LUCA on behalf of a school or district, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. The Intelligent Reading Specialist

LUCA provides AI-powered reading intervention services. While we provide "Reading Specialist-level support," our services are intended to supplement, not replace, professional clinical diagnoses or mandated IEP services.

3. Use of Services

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of LUCALabs or StoryGen.
• Use the services for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with the phoneme-level ASR processing for other users.

4. Intellectual Property

The LUCA name, logo, and technologies, including U.S. Patent No. 12,394,332 B2, are the exclusive property of LUCA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
